Sauna Somatic Sessions are a guided wellness experience designed to help the body relax, reset, and recover.
During the session, the facilitator will guide participants through gentle movement and simple breathing while in the sauna, followed by a cold plunge. The group will then return to the sauna and cold plunge again, allowing the body to experience the benefits of hot-and-cold contrast in a supportive, intentional way.
This experience is beginner-friendly and meant to be approached at each person’s own pace. Everything is optional—participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, take breaks, skip the cold plunge if needed, or step out at any time.
No prior experience with sauna, cold plunge, movement, or breathwork is required.
This is a members-only session, created as a calm, welcoming space to unwind, support recovery, and leave feeling more grounded and refreshed.
